WANTED: Squire Park Neighbors For Open Board Positions
Do you enjoy working for and on behalf of your community? If so, please consider joining the Squire Park Community Council Board. The SPCC is actively seeking neighborhood residents, business owners, and/or employees for open board positions. At the January 12 quarterly membership meeting, the Board will call for such nominations.
Board member duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Regular attendance at board meetings held on the first Tuesday of each month;
2. Contribution to and/or delivery of SPCC Quarterly Newsletter;
3. Attendance at related neighborhood meetings (as needed) and ability to report back to the board on same.
Time commitment varies according to SPCC’s need and the board member’s personal participation and interest level.
Please consider the people in Squire Park that you believe would make an effective addition to your neighborhood board (including yourself!) and encourage them to attend the January 12 SPCC quarterly meeting held from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center.
