ActivSpace Design Review
The former Halfon Candy Company, at 912 12th Avenue, has been purchased by ActivSpace to be developed into a new building with small rentable studios for hobbyists, artists, and small businesses. The project is currently in the early design stage.
As 12th avenue develops, many people have been working to make sure the neighborhood does not get left with an unfriendly and unusable pedestrian thoroughfare.
